About Dr.Chen
Dr. Chen received her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. After successfully passing the National Board Exam, and being certified by The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), Dr. Chen became a Georgia Licensed Acupuncturist. As an acupuncturist, Dr. Chen has given thousands of treatments with different kinds of illnesses, in the school’s clinic and at Cheng’s Acupuncture & Herb Center. Her specialties are in Pain Management, Fibromyalgia , Sciatica, Sleep/Insomnia, Infertility, Women’s Health/obGyn, Auto/work/sports Injures, Paralysis/Numbness, etc. (see the detail below). Dr. Chen is also a licensed, experienced massage therapist who has been trained and certified in both China and the United States (by National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork). Worked in the Northeast Chiropractic Center, Spa Sydell, and Massage Envy, Dr. Chen practiced Swedish and deep tissue massage, as well as Chinese Tuina (massage) and Hand & Foot Reflexology.
With over seven years experience in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine , and more than ten years in the massage practice, Dr. Chen has decided to start her own business by setting up an acupuncture and massage clinic in Snellville. Her goal as a 53 Acupuncture & Massage practitioner is to compassionately work with her patients to restore an optimal state of health.
